Officer Garmonsway (Nicholls) and Officer Ellis (Ashton) are two detectives who are tasked with finding and tracking 2 women, whose names are unknown, with believed links to terrorist plots across the globe. They are told to keep their presence unknown and to be quiet, however, they are spotted, and this sets off a game of cat and mouse across the Sunshine Coast waterways, with the girls on a Jetski they stole, and the officers in a small fishing boat.
